Pladdet Profile Bucket
The profile bucket, also known as an embankment bucket or V bucket, is suitable for machines from about 5 tonnes to 50 tonnes. This bucket has been designed for excavating or repairing watercourses. The advantage of this bucket is that you achieve a perfect result in just one operation. The profile bucket is usually delivered with a CW suspension, but any other suspension is also possible.
Construction of profile container
The profile bucket is made of high-quality construction steel S355 and knives of HB450 quality. The standard suspension is made of Hardox®. The wings of this bucket can be ordered as fixed parts or as mechanically or hydraulically adjustable parts. Mostly mechanically adjustable wings in 3 or 4 different positions are chosen. The central section is optionally 300 mm to 700 mm wide.
Profile box options
Depending on the customer’s wishes, we can manufacture any profile tray to order. Each one is available with wear strips and a front blade or profile blade.
