Terms and Conditions of the Metaalunie
Pladdet is a member of the Metaalunie. This organisation has drawn up terms and conditions for its members, the Metaalunie Terms and Conditions. In these terms and conditions important matters are regulated, including warranty, liability and retention of title. The terms and conditions apply in all cases where we act as a provider or supplier; in our quotations, orders placed with us and agreements concluded with us. Dutch law shall be applied to the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention.
