Ballast brush
Two hydraulic motors
The rubber brush of the ballast broom sweeps the track ‘ballast’ clean and even in no time. To work as smoothly as possible, the broom is powered by two hydraulic motors that can move forwards and backwards.
Options
- The roller can be profiled according to the type of grinder and cut-outs for the rails can be ordered. Thanks to the fork attachment, the ballast broom is easy to move.
- A detachable sweeper roller allows switching between ballast sweeping and snow or gravel sweeping. In short: two machines in one.
- Another option is to choose several rollers with different profiles to switch between. When buying a loose roller, bearings and drive are included. It can be adapted to different working areas with the right brush.
